Program Manager - State and Community Energy Programs Oak Ridge National Laboratory Oak Ridge, Tennessee
Looking to improve the quality of audits in your network? Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) are primary tools for finding errors after the fact. However, inspections can be stressful, and despite the significant time investment in gathering accurate data, we continue to see QA concerns with audit data. To help improve audit quality, this session focuses on (10) specific audit data issues commonly flagged during QA inspection/review, explains the importance of data quality in these areas, and explores strategies and tools available in Weatherization Assistant (and likely other energy audit software) that can help reduce errors.
Learning Objectives:
By attending this session, attendees will:
Identify common energy audit data issues
Develop process-based remedies for common energy audit data input problems
Use audit software (e.g. Weatherization Assistant) to improve energy audit data quality
