Richard Riegel Burbank is president and founder of Evergreen Home Performance in Rockland and Portland Maine. He started the company in 2006 with the launch of Maine’s Home Performance with Energy Star program and has experienced first-hand the risks, failures, and eventual successes in developing a thriving HP business. Richard was a past member of the board of Efficiency First.
