Matt Hargrove is the President of Total Home Performance(THP) located on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. With the help of a few of his close friends he started Total home Performance in 2009 out of his parents’ garage. The initial idea of Total Home Performance was to offer energy audits but quickly grew into a Home Performance contracting company. His team’s passion for industry grew from their love of the environment and a drive to help people. Today THP is a full-service home performance company offering energy audits, healthy home assessments, insulation, crawl space encapsulation, etc, and employs 65 people. THP is an industry leader in its region, winning multiple awards for quality, most KwH saved on jobs, and total production within various market rate and low-income energy efficiency and healthy home programs.
