Jo Miller, Program Analyst, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Office of Lead Hazard Control and Healthy Housing (HUD OLHCHH), Washington, DC and officed in Minneapolis, MN. She is passionate about partnerships, communications, capacity building, and policies aimed at healthy homes for all, preserving affordable housing, advancing climate justice, and improving the grant lifecycle through engagement, education, process analysis and improvement, and evidence-based best practices.

Jo has worked with healthy housing and lead hazard control research, policy development, and capacity building for over 25 years. Prior to joining HUD in 2022, she provided consulting and technical assistance to states, local government agencies, and nonprofits throughout the nation to build local capacity, secure grants, and implement programs.
