Deb Davis

Deb Davis is the Manager of Universal Services at Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania. Deb worked in the social services industry prior to joining Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania in 1992. Over the years her role has changed and expanded to encompass oversight of all Universal Service programs for Columbia Gas in Pennsylvania, Maryland and Virginia including Customer Assistance Programs, Hardship Funds, CARES, LIHEAP and Energy Efficiency programs.

Deb serves on the Pennsylvania Weatherization Assistance Program Policy Advisory Council. Deb is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work.
