Adrián Arenas, Green Program Manager, is a bilingual and bicultural staff lead at LatinoBuilt. Adrián holds a Bachelor’s of Architecture from Universidad La Salle, and has spent the past 6 years in the sustainable design and construction field. He holds a LEED AP BD+C credential from USGBC and has worked as a consultant on several LEED Commercial projects in Mexico City and as well as Multnomah County, Oregon partnering with local firm EcoREAL Solutions. He has also developed and led two educational programs with AECOM, “The Fundamentals of Green Building” and “Green Construction Requirements.” Helping large developers such as AECOM, incorporate sustainability into their development process. Through his experience, Arenas has learned the principles of Construction Management as it relates to LEED. Arenas has experience working holistically with project teams. From Architecture & Engineering teams, to General Contractors, and Project owners, ensuring sustainability goals are met throughout all project phases.
