Meg Howard is a Program Director at the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center where she focuses on building decarbonization. Prior to joining MassCEC, she worked in energy facility siting for the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities and in green building consulting. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Yale University and a Masters of Urban Planning from the Harvard Graduate School of Design.
