Alon Abramson

Alon Abramson is the Dirctor of Residential Programs at the Philadelphia Energy Authority where he oversees all residential energy efficiency and renewable energy programs, including Solarize Philly, a direct-to-consumer solar accelerator and the Built to Last whole-home repair program. Alon brings a background in best practices and policy for implementing energy efficiency programs in urban communities from his work at the Penn Institute for Urban Research at the University of Pennsylvania, and leadership in urban energy efficiency planning in East Asia with the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation.
