Brody provides subject matter expertise on program design and utility strategy as BlocPowers Director of Utility Programs. He has ten years of experience as the multifamily implementation manager for Wisconsin's Focus on Energy and 10 more years as a Multifamily Strategy Manager. He has presented at this ACI/BPA conference for 7 years running and chairs the Affordable Housing and Multifamily Track. Brody is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), a Certified BPI Building Analyst, Certified Building Operator Certification (BOC) instructor, and has served as a Subject Matter Expert for the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL). He holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater and hates it when people read his Bio aloud before his presentations.
