Ben started working with Arrow Pest Control in 1999 and became part owner after helping the company digitize and streamline processes and procedures. Ben also focused on customer service and employee culture. In 2004, Ben launched Arrow Insulation as a service arm of Arrow Pest Control after recognizing a hole in the industry of weatherization and attic and crawlspace restoration. Ben has quickly gained not only the knowledge and skill required to make Arrow Insulation a leader in the insulation and weatherization industry, but has also had his skills and knowledge recognized by the educational community. Arrow Insulation is a leading contractor for many LIW agencies in the Washington State. Ben is a Building Analyst Professional and is a licensed 01 Electrical Administrator, which is needed for his other company, Arrow Electric.
