Emily Kemper (she/her/hers)

Senior Practice Director

Ms. Kemper is an Oregon-state registered Architect and building science expert who manages the design and development of new solutions and capabilities as Senior Practice Director at CLEAResult, North America's largest energy efficiency implementation company. With 23 years of experience in the building and energy industries, she leads the team that develops new approaches to changing the way we use energy throughout all of CLEAResult's markets. She is an active member of the residential building industry through her work on state and city zoning and code boards, including serving as the Public Member on the Oregon State Residential and Manufactured Structures Board since 2011. Ms. Kemper is also an alumni of the City of Portland's Residential Infill Project Stakeholder Advisory Committee, and a current member of her neighborhood's Land Use Advisory Committee in South Portland. Ms. Kemper received her Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Cincinnati, and her Master of Building Science from the University of Southern California, and is a member of the American Institute of Architects.
