Suzanne Sebastian has over 38 years of experience in managing and overseeing energy efficiency and renewable energy programs. She is currently the Deputy Executive Director for Energize Delaware - Delaware Sustainable Energy Utility (DESEU), a non-profit organization that provides cost effective opportunities for energy savings and carbon reduction projects in Delaware. She has managed a portfolio of more than 20 programs over the past 8 years at Energize Delaware. Suzanne oversees the Program Operations Team and contracted program partners that deliver programs which provide incentives and financing options to a variety of clients across all sectors in Delaware to include residential, commercial, small business, industrial, and non-profit organizations such as houses of worship. Suzanne is also involved in strategic planning, program design and budgeting for Energize Delaware. She works with diverse groups of stakeholders and clients to promote energy efficiency, renewable energy, carbon reduction, electrification and clean transportation programs as well as marketing, education and workforce development.
