Sabine Rogers

As Manager of Government & Regulatory Affairs at AnnDyl Policy Group, Sabine Rogers leads state policy advocacy efforts for clients in the energy efficiency and building performance industries. She oversees legislative and regulatory engagement including providing testimony, policymaker education, policy analysis and monitoring, and convening stakeholder groups. Sabine also serves as the Director of the Flex Coalition, a project of non-profit Smart-on-Smart. She has managed initiatives related to the smart grid and home energy management and co-authored reports on grid-interactive efficient buildings and how smart technologies can advance home performance and decarbonization. She holds a bachelor's degree in environmental studies from Mount Holyoke College.
