Creating an inclusive organizational has moved to the forefront of many business strategies, and for good reason. Creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace is not only the right thing to do, but there are significant benefits to businesses that have prioritized DEI into their models of operations. Through a two-part learning session, session participants in Part I will engage in a learning journey of how to gain and/or maintain a competitive edge in workforce development within home energy performance by cultivating a business culture of inclusion.
