Madeline Kostic is a Building Electrification Strategic Advisor at Seattle City Light where she leads the development of the utility’s building electrification strategy. Prior to joining City Light in 2019, Madeline came from management consulting background where she designed and implemented demand-side management programs for government and utility clients for over seven years. Previously, Madeline worked in a variety of policy and international settings. She holds a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts from Occidental College.
