James P. Collins, IV is the Director of the Climate Equity and Impact Department at Action for Boston Community Development, Inc. (ABCD). James oversees all energy efficiency programs at ABCD, including DOE WAP, HEARTWAP and MassSave Income Eligible, as well as grants through the MassCEC and the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources , expaning access to electrification and new technologies among the low-income customers in Massachusetts. James has over a decade of experience in energy efficiency, including having been a certified Buildings Analyst. James holds a Bachelors degree from Brandeis Unitversity, and an MBA from Boston College.
