Gavin Healy

Gavin Healy is co-owner of Balance Point Home Performance a full-service design, construction, testing and training company. For the last 15 years Gavin has been applying measured performance test results to solve persistent faults in residential construction. As a former Outward Bound mountaineering instructor, Gavin applies a unique perspective to the business of running a successful home performance business. Gavin's deep understanding of applied building science helps him guide Balance Point's customers to effective solutions for improving their efficiency, indoor air quality, a building resilience. Gavin has developed a successful series of residential enclosure classes offered on demand through PG&E's energy training center. Gavin has co-founded the Form on Dry Climate Home Performance, a community of curious thought leaders, dedicated to seeking out the latest in measured performance data. As the chief financial officer for Balance Point, Gavin has applied the same rigor of research and data to successful business and personal finance systems.
