Bill Kraus, Technical Program Officer, US Department of Energy, Weatherization Assistance Program. I have been in the construction inspection/quality control industry for over 30 years. Concentrating on the Home Performance and Weatherization industry over the past 14 years. I have experience as a weatherization trainer, energy auditor, quality control inspector as well as energy efficiency program development and management at the local, state, and federal government levels. I have served on various national, regional, and state technical advisory group pertaining to building science, weatherization, and energy codes and carry various Building Performance Institute certifications.
