Brandon joined Halco in December 2011 as the company’s service manager and spent the first 7 years of his career overseeing our entire service department and office staff, which at the time included over 40+ service technician's and over 10 office staff. During his time, he made great strides with developing our technicians abilities to sell by offering proper solutions and continuing the evolution of the profitability of the depatment.

He made the transition into being an energy advisor in 2017 doing over a million dollars in sales in his first full year and nearly $1.5 million in his second year. Nearly 3 years ago, Brandon became the company’s sales manager. Brandon has evolved that role into one spent both behind a desk as well as riding along on a daily basis with our team of energy advisors. He takes pride in continuing the education of our tenured veterans as well as training and coaching our newer staff to early success. Brandon has helped to produce a number of million dollar sales people in their first full calendar year with the company.
