MacKenzie Winchel leads the implementation team who works on behalf of Home Energy Score energy labeling programs managed by the Oregon Department of Energy, the City of Portland Oregon, California's StopWaste, and more. She has worked with a variety of energy labeling programs since 2008 and her experience includes program implementation, energy label development, training, and quality assurance.
