Andre Ramirez Roberts is owner and operator of All in One Home Inspections (AIO). AIO is a local, community-based company that provides home inspections, home energy assessments, radon testing and general project management services. Mr. Roberts is a native of Portland and is committed to the home retention and energy efficiency within the African American community. He also has a background in entrepreneurial development and mentoring.

Mr. Roberts has worked side by side with the African American Alliance for Homeownership since 2020 with home energy assessments and recommendations, as well as providing his expertise in project management and execution. Mr. Roberts was the lead project manager and installer for the Heat Response Program funded by PCEF. Mr. Roberts and his team of 6 installed over 700 free air conditioning units to the most vulnerable Portland residents. He is committed to bringing African American residents into the clean energy movement.
