Amy Burke works for the Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) as the Program Manager for Residential Weatherization and Low-Income Programs and Grants. She collaborates with local state and tribal governments, community action agencies, and regional public utility customers to implement robust weatherization and low-income grant programs. She has over 13 years of project management experience in energy efficiency in both the public and private sectors working with contractors, utilities, and industry stakeholders to develop and implement HVAC and Weatherization programs across the Pacific Northwest. She is passionate about ensuring vulnerable populations in the Northwest have access to healthier, more affordable, and more energy efficient homes. Amy holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Environmental Studies from the University of Oregon.
