Marcus Redden

Marcus Redden is the Field Operations Manager for Energy Resource Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado. With over 13 years of experience working in the Weatherization Assistance Program, Marcus works to build and maintain the success of his organization and the industry he operates in through innovation, new ideas, and new opportunities. He works to promote health, energy efficiency, and the expansion of Coloradans’ quality of life. Starting as an entry-level field technician in 2009, he progressed through many levels of ERC’s positions and skill sets. Marcus is a powerful force in the workplace and uses his positive influence and tireless energy to motivate and help his teammates along the pathway to success. Marcus is on the Energy OutWest Committee and has co-presented at their National Conference. He enjoys spending valuable time with his family, mountain biking, playing pickle ball, and DJ’ing in his spare time.
