Session Description(s): This session will provide grantees with solutions to address issues and concerns about access and usability of the Electronic Line of Credit Control System (eLOCCS) system. eLOCCS is HUD’s primary grant disbursement system. Grantees (Approving Officials and Users) are required to gain access to Secure Systems prior to accessing eLOCCS as it serves as an internet gateway between the public and the internal eLOCCS application. After this session, grantees should be able to quickly pinpoint what is needed to obtain, keep, or reinstate their organization’s eLOCCS access and to use the eLOCCS effectively.
