DOE Weatherization Assistance Program’s Weatherization Readiness Funds (WRF) can be used for necessary repairs in dwellings that would otherwise need to be deferred from receiving services. This session will provide an overview of DOE’s WRF guidelines, followed by a panel of WAP Grantees and Subgrantees who will share their experiences launching a WRF program and lessons learned.

Learning Objectives:

By attending this session, attendees will:
  • Understand DOE requirements for Weatherization Readiness Funds.
  • Learn how other Grantees and Subgrantees have structured their WRF programs.
  • Discover how Grantees can further develop their own WRF plan.
