Looking to build your team? Learn how some organizations are utilizing local partnerships to successfully recruit and train a diverse entry-level workforce for the building performance sector. This session will feature partnership and recruitment strategies from Earth Advantage’s Green Building Trainee program in Portland, OR and the PA Weatherization Assistance Program’s Building Green Futures job readiness program in Pennsylvania. Learn about their successful efforts to recruit, prepare, and connect diverse entry-level workers directly into building performance careers.
