For many buildings, water is the most expensive commodity for the owner, yet few programs address water efficiency. With pervasive droughts and wildfires nationwide, and their connection to power plant cooling, water is a serious commodity. It also takes much water to produce many of our consumer products, so water efficiency is more important than many other resources.
