The City of Memphis, TN has big goals on how to not only support and grow the weatherization program, but also how to introduce electrification components. Like most WAP providers, Memphis is working within the challenges of deferrals, workforce constraints, and limited funding – but doing so in the U.S. city with the highest average energy burden for LMI residents. Join us in a conversation about the journey Memphis is taking, the upcoming partnership with TVA on WAP workforce training, and the innovate approach to heat pump water heaters!
