All buildings have unwanted holes that can let conditioned air escape the building. In order to evaluate and test larger buildings, like multifamily buildings, additional knowledge and capacity is needed. This session will cover methodologies of the pre and post evaluation process. As well as we discuss common leakage locations and weatherization strategies to seal these found leakage patterns in older and new multifamily structures.
