Regardless of how you've coped with having to shift human interactions to virtual interactions, important stuff happens when we're face to face. The key is to recognize, understand, and manage communications for the best outcomes all around. The opportunities to improve our in-person communication skills are endless--whether we're dealing with residents, team members, bosses, staff, vendors, or the public. In this workshop we'll review communication basics and open the floor to fun and fruitful experiential learning.
