With historic federal funding coming available, all eyes are on the states and how they will implement and prioritize energy investments for energy efficiency and home performance over the coming years. At the same time, many states are already taking new steps to address key issues like climate, energy security, resilience, equity, and jobs with direct implications for energy efficiency. This session will provide a review of state policy trends and emerging opportunities and challenges for our industry, with insights from experts across the country. We will also highlight noteworthy policy developments and initiatives to be aware of in specific states including Arizona, Maryland, Washington, and others.
